Lead and develop an electronics hardware team delivering advanced laser and photonics products. Provide technical leadership, ensure compliance (EMC/LVD/RoHS), manage projects, resources and budgets, mentor engineers, and drive process and product innovation across multidisciplinary teams.

Design and develop analogue, digital and embedded electronic systems from concept to production. Tasks include schematic capture, PCB design, BOM and documentation creation, testing/verification, troubleshooting, EMC and safety compliance, supplier/customer collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers.

Design and develop RF electronics and high-power RF amplifiers for CO₂ laser excitation systems. Tasks include RF testing and characterisation, prototype and PCB design, BOM creation, data analysis, troubleshooting, supporting manufacture and continuous improvement, and evaluating emerging RF technologies.

Responsible for supporting the Novanta Growth System, managing shopfloor activities, driving continuous improvement, and executing NGS projects while ensuring quality and communication across teams.
