Prepare, analyze, negotiate, interpret, and administer complex third-party technology and corporate contracts. Advise internal stakeholders on risk and obligations, maintain contract records and databases, support contract lifecycle processes, assist audits, and recommend process improvements.

Manage and grow customer relationships for a refined products terminal, originate new business, lead complex contract negotiations, prepare economic models and analyses, evaluate terminal expansion and connectivity projects, and coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, logistics, accounting) to optimize terminal performance and revenue.

Support accounting and settlement activities for natural gas pipeline and storage operations: prepare journal entries, invoices, reconciliations, regulatory reports, assist with tax return preparation, month-end close, audit support, and collaborate with Commercial, Contracts, Scheduling, and Measurement teams to ensure accurate, compliant financial results.

Maintain and enhance CPM/leak detection and pipeline simulation systems, provide 24/7 operations support and on-call diagnostics, perform hydraulic/CFD pipeline analyses, develop custom tools (Python/VBA/PowerShell/Batch), investigate incidents, produce reports, and manage related enhancement projects to improve safety and efficiency.

Provide desktop and conference-room support, triage and resolve escalated incidents, onboard new hires, manage inventory, assemble/install servers and data-center equipment, mentor Tier I support staff, collaborate on infrastructure changes, and support OS, networking, storage, virtualization, monitoring, and database administration tasks.

Provide advanced database administration for enterprise Oracle environments: monitor and tune performance, ensure security and backups, manage capacity and disk utilization, design complex schemas, modify stored procedures, coordinate with developers, troubleshoot SQL issues, and produce database reports and logs.

Lead corrosion engineering and asset integrity programs for pipelines, terminals, storage, and processing facilities. Develop corrosion control documents, threat assessments, RBI and inspection plans, monitoring programs, and mitigation strategies. Support projects, evaluate integrity data, recommend improvements, mentor staff, and standardize practices to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Apply LLM-based tools and traditional analytics to operational data: ingest and curate data, automate recurring analyses, tune prompts/agents, deliver decision-support reporting, and convert ad-hoc requests into self-service tools for operations stakeholders.
