The Sales Analyst will develop financial models, manage sales proposals, track sales activities in Salesforce, and generate reports to support the global sales team at NEXTracker.

Lead FP&A activities including annual planning, monthly accruals, forecasting, variance analysis, budget tracking, CapEx modeling, operational and financial reporting, and cross-functional partnership to drive cost optimization and forecasting accuracy.

Manage CRM data, generate quotes and proposals, build sales models and reports, coordinate cross-functional inputs for bids, support sales leaders, and analyze order/quote performance to improve sales effectiveness.

Embed with business teams to identify workflows, rapidly prototype, and deliver production AI applications using LLMs, agents, RAG, and enterprise integrations. Build full-stack solutions, integrate with platforms (Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Oracle), deploy to cloud, and create reusable AI components and standards to drive enterprise adoption and measurable business value.

Lead development and execution of LATAM logistics strategy, manage freight sourcing and negotiations across modes, qualify carriers, run RFPs, collaborate with operations/sales/project teams to optimize cost, capacity and service, manage provider performance and escalations, and ensure regulatory compliance updates.

Manage the design and implementation of ERP systems for procurement, finance, and supplier management processes, optimizing operations globally.

Provide commercial legal support for global supply chain sourcing: draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts; manage disputes and claims; align supplier and customer contracts; develop templates and playbooks; advise cross-functional teams on legal, commercial, and operational risk.

Manage ocean freight bookings and coordinate shipments between suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers. Ensure cargo readiness, accurate shipping documentation, on-time dispatch, and timely submission of booking forms. Serve as logistics liaison for global teams, run supplier performance reviews, monitor vendor/freight forwarder performance, and report delays to planning for resolution.

Manage sourcing activities including data analysis, data collection, issuing RFQs, and maintaining procurement data systems. Conduct negotiations, prepare reports/presentations, communicate with stakeholders, and work independently within multicultural teams to support clean energy project delivery.

Lead U.S. sourcing for steel foundations categories (tubes, frames, piers, structural components). Manage supplier selection, qualification, negotiations, performance, and cost-reduction. Partner cross-functionally to support NPI, production ramps, and risk mitigation. Monitor markets, execute RFQs, drive supplier improvements, and ensure sourcing compliance.
