Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs and curriculum for adult learners. Create and maintain training content and records, transfer content to e-learning, facilitate sessions, coordinate schedules, respond to trainee inquiries, measure program effectiveness, and produce training reports.

Coordinate and document safe ground and air transport of minors/families; manage inventory, supplies, vehicle maintenance, and fleet/ DOT compliance; drive passengers; install child seats; update databases and reports; support 24/7 operations and logistics projects; communicate with Command Center, site leadership, and transport teams.
