Remote Business Manager responsible for developing and growing relationships with assigned medical customers globally. Identify opportunities, lead account teams through quoting and NPI, build proposals and cost models, maintain Salesforce data, and exceed revenue targets while traveling extensively.

Support federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning; assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual income tax provisions and returns; research tax law changes; support audits; prepare GILTI/FDII and other international tax schedules; improve tax processes and assist with tax software selection.

Provide desktop maintenance and user support: build/wipe/maintain computers, printer troubleshooting, assist onboarding, monitor and route FreshService tickets, support KESC mailbox/call center, document assets, and follow up with Level 2 support.

Lead and provide technical expertise for global identity and access operations. Manage IAM administration, support, integrations (Workday/SAP), Azure/Entra identity controls, evaluate password vaulting, drive process automation, and mentor the team while aligning IAM strategy with security standards and business needs.

Design, validate, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment and processes for medical device production. Develop vision and programming standards, perform source code reviews, support equipment builds, analyze equipment performance, and implement process improvements while ensuring FDA 21 CFR 820/GMP compliance and maintaining validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ).

The OT Network Administrator manages and supports OT network infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency and implementing security measures while collaborating with IT and business units.

The Business Development Manager identifies and develops relationships with new OEM customers in medical, industrial, and automotive segments, focusing on long-term partnerships and leveraging the company's EMS capabilities.
