The Project Management Associate supports project managers by ensuring timely execution of project services, overseeing planning, data management, and maintaining communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Manage client accounts and end-to-end quantitative research projects: propose methodologies, cost and schedule studies, design questionnaires, oversee fieldwork, data processing, analysis, reporting and presentations, mentor junior staff, and ensure project profitability and quality.

Join the data science team to monitor and maintain data ecosystem alerts, analyze user acquisition and retention, identify and fix model issues, run analytics and design machine learning models, transform data via ETL (DBT), and build visualizations/monitoring in Grafana while collaborating with developers and stakeholders.

Execute end-to-end research workstreams for creative and campaign evaluation, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets. Conduct analysis, contribute to insights and storytelling, support client delivery, and collaborate to improve efficiency while building expertise in creative effectiveness measurement.

Support Directors and Senior Managers across accounts by managing deliverables, conducting quantitative and explorative research, analysing data and KPIs, preparing presentations and reports, running workshops, ensuring ISO 20252-compliant research, managing projects, and coaching junior team members to deliver client insights.
