Manage strategic key accounts for refractory metals in North America, drive sales and marketing activities, coordinate internal teams (sales, engineering, logistics, manufacturing), develop account and product plans, use CRM and SAP for forecasting, assess competition, attend industry events, and support business growth and KPIs.

Design, deploy, and maintain end-to-end AI solutions and production-ready services. Build and expose AI capabilities via REST APIs/web services, integrate into enterprise workflows, and ensure reliability, scalability, monitoring, and security. Set up and manage MLOps pipelines, cloud environments (Azure preferred), containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and collaborate with IT, data teams, and stakeholders to support adoption and documentation.

Perform 3C/8D investigations for returns and rejects, implement corrective actions and PDCA improvements, apply lean principles, manage calibration systems, and conduct or support internal, customer, certification, and supplier audits. Serve as backup to the Quality Manager as needed.

Collaborate with data scientists to develop and maintain in-house software, lead software implementation projects, enforce development best practices, propose technical solutions, coordinate with production IT for deployments, and communicate implementation status to leadership.
