Support end-to-end recruitment for Greater China within APAC: source and screen candidates, coordinate offers and onboarding, partner with hiring managers, run campus recruitment and vendor coordination, contribute to employer branding, and propose improvements to attract talent.

Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams and hiring managers. Create job summaries and requisition content, coordinate responsibilities and documentation, assist with recruiting and onboarding logistics, manage communications with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with company policies and screening processes.

Lead U.S.-GAAP-aligned China tax compliance and reporting for quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, review tax provisions and returns, manage tax audits and APAs, support tax projects, and act as an internal tax consultant across the group.

Manage and grow a small number of named, strategic accounts by identifying new opportunities, maintaining client relationships, providing technical sales support and quotations, closing deals, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve balanced account penetration and sales growth.

Administer time tracking and absence modules in Workday, troubleshoot and audit data, respond to tickets, train end users, monitor integrations, and develop HR reports while supporting HR partners and employees for timely payroll compliance.

Primary customer contact for pre- and post-sales activities: quote pricing, manage RMAs/returns/repairs/exchanges, update databases and returns inventory, coordinate with sales and service teams, schedule field service calls, and handle related documentation and limited contract administration.

As an Applications Engineer at MKS, you will partner with engineering, internal teams, sales, and customers to support and apply MKS products, configure solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide application guidance. You will report to the specified manager and help translate customer requirements into product configurations and technical recommendations.
