Supports commercial contracting and administers the Ironclad contract lifecycle management system. Responsibilities include managing intake, approvals, execution, repositories, renewals, workflows, templates, reporting, playbooks, and contract procedures. Partners with legal, sales, finance, procurement, operations, information security, executives, and other stakeholders to improve contract efficiency, controls, and visibility.

Manage product lifecycle activities from ideation through launch, including requirements, specifications, backlog prioritization, user stories, roadmaps, and release planning. Design and implement user-centered experiences across web and mobile SaaS applications. Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, then build reusable React components and contribute to design systems. Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and stakeholders in Agile sprints. Champion accessibility, responsive design, usability, and performance while conducting user research and leveraging AI-assisted design and development tools.

Designs and maintains automated test frameworks for software and AI-based products using C#, Python, and TypeScript. Design, develop, and operate cloud-native .NET services and APIs for a unified accounting platform. Modernize legacy applications into event-driven microservices, integrate AI and RAG capabilities, and apply secure software engineering, testing, automation, and CI/CD practices. Collaborate with product, architecture, UX, and quality teams while contributing to Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous engineering improvement.

Provide customer support through tickets, email, chat, and phone; troubleshoot and replicate product issues; document and escalate bugs and data concerns; maintain customer records; create knowledge-base solutions; route tickets; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; explain technical concepts clearly; maintain product expertise; and contribute to service and operational improvements.

Manage the full SaaS sales cycle for faith-based and nonprofit clients, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiations, renewals, migrations, cross-selling, and closing. Build client relationships, understand customer needs, maintain Salesforce records, provide product expertise, support retention, and meet revenue targets. The role is remote, may require flexible hours, and includes up to 25% domestic or international travel.
