Leads complex operational activities, continuous improvement, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement. Spends significant time on the operations floor, develops teams, coaches employees, resolves process and service issues, facilitates change, and ensures standardized work and accountability. Partners with customer service and quality teams to identify root causes and implement solutions while meeting safety, quality, and on-time delivery goals.

Manage supplier and product category portfolios across a global supply chain. Oversees compensation planning, board materials, risk controls, consulting relationships, budgets, and M&A-related analyses while managing and developing compensation professionals and resources.

Designs, develops, and implements scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Builds custom Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and API integrations; configures platform capabilities; leads technical solution design; collaborates with stakeholders and engineering teams; performs code reviews and mentors developers; optimizes performance; troubleshoots production issues; supports CI/CD, DevOps, releases, and technical documentation.

Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, integrations, and enhancements using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Flow, and related technologies. Configure Salesforce, troubleshoot issues, provide on-call support, analyze business requirements, and create testing, implementation, training, and documentation plans. Collaborate with global IT and business stakeholders using Agile methodologies while supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.

Own MillerKnoll’s international BIM and Revit offering, including its roadmap, product family development, quality review, distribution, and market performance. Translate designer needs into technical briefs, collaborate with internal and external Revit teams, build Revit families, assess models against professional standards, engage BIM specialists at architecture and design firms, support sales enablement, and monitor competitor digital assets.

Owns Workday Core HCM and Talent configuration, production support, enhancements, testing, reporting, release management, and process improvement. Partners with HR teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure business processes, support integrations, maintain data integrity, document solutions, and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing, applying lean methods to improve quality, productivity, safety, and cost. Develop standardized work, conduct process and scrap reviews, implement engineering changes, support product launches, and optimize production throughput. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and product development teams on design for manufacturability, customer requests, process improvements, and cost-reduction efforts.
