The BCAN Community Engagement Manager is responsible for leading the storytelling, digital media content strategy, and relationship building for the MICA Baltimore Creatives Acceleration Network. This role focuses on advancing the economic empowerment of Baltimore creatives by providing entrepreneurship support.

The Student Involvement Specialist at MICA encourages student involvement and connects students with campus opportunities to enhance their experience. Responsibilities include chairing orientation committees, coordinating events, overseeing student organizations, and supporting special student populations. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in a college setting or a Master's degree in Student Affairs.
