Administer and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure, identity services, networking, storage, virtual machines, and collaboration platforms. Manage Entra ID access controls, security policies, monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and incident response. Support SharePoint and OneDrive governance, maintain cloud documentation, troubleshoot outages, and contribute to automation, cost optimization, migrations, and cloud modernization.

Owns ERP support and vendor relationships, including issue triage, SLA tracking, and Statement of Work management. Builds BI dashboards, defines reporting requirements, and implements practical AI-enabled workflow improvements. Partners with plant operations, finance, IT, engineering, and external integrators on production monitoring, equipment integrations, and data uploads. Maintains ERP documentation and prepares business cases, requirements, and readiness assessments for a future ERP upgrade or replacement.

Lead mechanical and piping design for custom skid-mounted water and wastewater treatment equipment. Create 3D models, assemblies, routing layouts, fabrication drawings, structural skid designs, BOMs, and material take-offs using SolidWorks. Interpret P&IDs, specifications, codes, and customer requirements; conduct design reviews and audits; identify risks and cost-saving opportunities; maintain design standards; and mentor junior designers while collaborating across engineering, project management, procurement, and fabrication teams.

Provides responsive support to internal and external customers regarding products, orders, pricing, loan sets, billing, complaints, and data requests. Processes orders, invoices, credits, loan-kit billing, bookings, returns, and courier services using SAP, EDI, and GHX. Manages stock shortage communications, supports audits and compliance, trains team members, and improves business processes. Contributes to automation, system enhancement, and business transformation initiatives while maintaining service quality and meeting operational deadlines.

Oversee plant accounting operations, policies, internal controls, financial reporting, and accounting systems. Manage AP, AR, payroll, cash, fixed assets, taxes, reconciliations, accruals, inventory, and accurate inventory costing. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, analyze financial and operational data, troubleshoot Sage X3 transactions, and guide accounting staff while ensuring compliance with Marmon Group policies and generally accepted accounting standards.

Supports research, evaluation, testing, and implementation of AI and digital tools across manufacturing operations. Identifies automation opportunities, analyzes business data, develops dashboards and process improvements, documents findings, creates training materials, and presents recommendations to leadership. The intern collaborates across departments while supporting responsible AI practices involving privacy, accuracy, confidentiality, and human review.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, modernizes, and supports Java enterprise applications and integrations. Troubleshoots applications, APIs, databases, and data pipelines; improves reliability through automation, testing, monitoring, CI/CD, and secure coding. Translates business requirements into maintainable solutions, collaborates with stakeholders and vendors, participates in code reviews and design discussions, and mentors teammates. The hybrid role requires working from the Chicago office at least one day per week.
