The Senior Technical Engineer supports IT service stability, incident resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve network services and optimize performance.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable customer-facing cloud-native platforms. Drive microservices, integrations (AWS/Azure), DevSecOps, IaC, CI/CD, observability and resilience. Mentor engineers, guide technical standards, ensure regulatory compliance (UK GDPR, FCA Consumer Duty), and champion AI-enabled automation and secure-by-design practices across engineering teams.

Design, implement and maintain deployment pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform). Manage and monitor cloud platform infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker), set up country and function data lakehouses, automate CI/CD and scaling, advise stakeholders on best practices, and collaborate with architects, data engineers and BI developers.

Operate and stabilize the Genesys Cloud CX platform across multiple European countries: implement and develop features, manage incidents, troubleshoot integrations and telephony, collaborate with IT teams, propose improvements, and support deployments and automation.

Lead end-to-end enterprise B2B sales, develop and close complex multi-stakeholder opportunities, build C-suite relationships, design tailored solutions with internal teams, manage pipeline in Salesforce, represent Intrum externally, and ensure FCA Consumer Duty alignment.

Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs for a cloud-native, high-performance platform. Own complex modules, contribute to system architecture, implement event-driven solutions (Kafka), optimize scalability and performance, participate in Agile ceremonies, mentor developers, and collaborate with frontend teams for integration.

Plan and forecast short-, medium-, and long-term demand, translate forecasts into FTE and skill-mix requirements, build capacity plans and schedules, manage WFM systems, perform variance analysis and reforecasting, provide data-driven hiring/training recommendations, and partner with operations to optimize forecasting and scheduling.
