Support investment teams by performing month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end financial close tasks, producing external and internal investment reporting, maintaining controls, collaborating with auditors and finance partners, and improving processes through automation.

Prepare and validate investment financial reporting across global entities, supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Contribute to external financial statements, management reports, regulatory filings, and internal investment reporting. Partner with FP&A, Capital teams, and auditors while strengthening controls and identifying automation opportunities. The role requires analytical skills, investment-market interest, deadline management, and fluency in English and French.

Supports Talent and Performance Management initiatives through talent data consolidation, analysis, dashboards, reporting, project management, and change management. The role analyzes succession, performance, assessment, mobility, and pipeline data; develops executive-ready insights; identifies talent risks; improves data quality and process automation; and partners with HRMS, People Analytics, Finance, HRBPs, PMO, and senior leadership.

Handle incoming auto and home insurance claims by phone: open files, investigate circumstances, assess coverage and damages, interview claimants/witnesses, coordinate with appraisal, underwriting and subrogation teams, and manage costs and priorities in a hybrid office environment.

Handle complex casualty liability and property claims from coverage analysis through resolution. Develop settlement strategies, direct legal counsel and adjusters, analyze expert and litigation reports, assess serious losses, maintain claim files, update reserves, manage payments, attend litigation milestones, and build strong relationships with insureds, brokers, and underwriting teams while following claims best practices.

Supports executive communications for Intact’s Canadian and global CEOs by coordinating webcast and event logistics, distributing communications, managing executive email lists and LinkedIn accounts, maintaining content calendars, monitoring employee feedback, and tracking communication metrics. Produces recurring reports, coordinates with international partners and IT teams, and helps identify opportunities to improve internal and external communications.

Leads executive communications for Intact’s CEOs and senior leaders, writing speeches, employee messages, briefing notes, scripts, and other internal and external content. Advises executives, develops communications plans, aligns messaging across global brands, supports video production, collaborates with stakeholders, and measures communication effectiveness using KPIs. The role requires exceptional writing, strategic understanding, executive presence, sound judgment, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects autonomously.
