The Underwriting Assistant supports the underwriting process by gathering data, organizing reports, and assisting in administrative duties for insurance accounts.

Provide inbound/outbound phone and email support for furniture repair claims: create and monitor claims, review inspection packets, determine coverage, authorize services or parts, facilitate repairs or settlements, and guide retailers and customers (Spanish communication required).
