Lead IJM's program innovation strategy by identifying tech-enabled opportunities, designing and prototyping solutions (Figma, low/no-code, AI), managing pilots, building partnerships, creating ethical guidelines, training teams, and scaling validated interventions across geographies.

The Product Manager will lead product development for complex financial offerings and ensure compliance with donor agreements. Responsibilities include oversight, collaboration across teams, donor reporting, and improving processes for gift management.

Support Asia Pacific/South Asia/Global Programs with project coordination, event and training support, intranet site management, data/report compilation, and general program administrative tasks to support executive leaders and operations.
