The Lifecycle CRM Manager will drive customer engagement and retention through campaigns, predictive modeling, and analytics. Responsibilities include designing retention strategies, optimizing communications, and analyzing data for performance improvement.

Analyze equities, forex, indices, commodities, macroeconomic developments, central bank policy, geopolitics, and earnings. Produce market briefings, outlooks, commentary, and thought leadership for clients, media, and internal stakeholders. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on storytelling and execution in a regulated fintech environment.

Lead customer engagement and lifecycle marketing across onboarding, retention, reactivation, cross-sell, and customer lifetime value initiatives. Develop segmentation, personalized journeys, churn interventions, predictive models, and winback campaigns using behavioral data and customer insights. Partner with Product, Analytics, Data, Technology, and Commercial teams, while leading a two-person lifecycle marketing team and establishing performance measurement frameworks.

Owns the end-to-end architecture of IG’s GCP data platform, including BigQuery, Kafka ingestion, transformation, integration services, data quality, observability, and self-service patterns. Leads complex migrations from AWS and on-premises systems, establishes engineering standards, mentors data engineers, reviews designs and code, manages third-party delivery quality, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders in a regulated financial services environment.

Provide digital-first customer support via Intercom and phone, resolve complex product and trading queries, meet CSAT and productivity targets, escalate appropriately, contribute to process improvements and training materials, and champion excellent customer experiences within a hybrid, multinational team.

Support end-to-end retail client onboarding by verifying documentation, completing KYC checks, maintaining audit-ready records, resolving straightforward client queries, identifying discrepancies, and escalating risks or complex cases. The role requires adherence to AML/KYC policies, KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards while supporting process checks and staying current with regulatory requirements.

Own end-to-end brand and integrated marketing campaigns for Ireland and other international markets, with paid media as the primary specialization. Responsibilities include media strategy and agency management, cross-channel planning, campaign adaptation, measurement, media mix modelling, full-funnel optimization, reporting, testing, and coordination across brand, performance, social, content, PR, CRM, and external partners.
