Provide phone, email and chat support to the sales force for individual insurance administrative processes; validate client files, resolve issues at first contact, collaborate with manufacturing teams, and improve procedures while maintaining compliance.

Lead design and modernization of Voice of the Customer measurement and research programs. Plan and run quantitative and qualitative studies, maintain NPS/CRI programs, analyze customer data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to integrate the customer voice across initiatives and support CX improvements and business priorities.

Provide day-to-day Salesforce support and troubleshooting, manage business-side backlog, prioritize and deliver BI&E initiatives, onboard/offboard platform team members, and build low-code/no-code automations and reports using Power Platform and Copilot Studio to improve business processes.
