Develop practice plans, global propositions, marketing campaigns, conferences, SharePoint resources, training hubs, and knowledge-sharing tools. Build stakeholder relationships, facilitate thought leadership, and promote innovation across specialty, geographic, and reinsurance teams.

Manage general ledger, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Support billing, revenue, collections, insurance premium accounting, audits, process improvements, and mentor junior staff.

Join Howden's Consumer & Local Commercial team to advise clients, build relationships, and design tailored insurance solutions. The role involves client conversations, problem-solving, selling niche products, and completing on-the-job training and industry qualifications with clear promotion pathways.

Provide third-line support for Workday Financials and T&E, manage changes and testing, support deployments and release testing, liaise with project teams and third-party partners, train new users, and maintain audit-ready configuration and processes for global finance operations.

Develop scalable, user-focused front-end applications using C#, Blazor and Azure. Work in an agile team, apply CI/CD and TDD practices, ensure secure, observable systems, contribute to architecture and documentation, and coach junior engineers.

Manage the effectiveness of delegated underwriting operations, ensuring binder governance, FCA compliance, bordereaux accuracy, claims and finance reconciliation, supplier and system change management, and cross-functional coordination with underwriting, finance, compliance and capacity providers.

Support Client Service and Operations teams with broking and administrative tasks including pre- and post-renewal processing, mid-term adjustments, claims reporting, aged debt and client money management, premium finance setup, data quality and system support, regulatory data input, and prospecting system maintenance.
