As an Insurance Advisor, you will build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions while receiving on-the-job training and support for industry qualifications.

Perform day-to-day accounts receivable and cashiering tasks for Howden Specialty LLC: process and allocate incoming payments, reconcile accounts, manage lockbox and check queries, respond to account inquiries, support U.S. Cashiering and Treasury activities, produce KPI and management reporting, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Process and reconcile invoices and payments for designated business units, support Insurance Broker Accounting (IBA) and U.S. Cashiering/Treasury activities, resolve account queries, maintain system records and KPI reporting, build stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and contribute to cross-functional projects and data-driven initiatives.

Provide administrative support to the Underwriting team including policy issuance and corrections, account management for external users, mailbox management, UAT support, ticketing, basic reporting, liaising with finance/underwriters, maintaining client folders and spreadsheets, and general office tasks.

Work as a Technical Business Analyst to investigate defects, translate business needs into technical specifications, collaborate with developers to design, build and release enhancements for the WebRater platform, analyse integrations and data flows, and raise technical capability among BAs.

Prospect, generate and secure new commercial and education-sector insurance clients through phone, video and face-to-face meetings. Manage pipeline/CRM, provide accurate forecasts, collaborate with service and renewal teams, attend conferences, cross-sell, and deliver excellent customer-focused insurance solutions.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for personal-lines underwriting and rating platforms. Elicit and document requirements, prioritize backlog, drive Agile/SAFe delivery, collaborate with underwriting and engineering, validate solutions through UAT, and apply process-improvement methods to increase efficiency and rating accuracy.
