As a Product Owner at GCash Overseas, you will define and uphold the product vision, develop and deliver projects, and analyze and track product performance to enhance financial inclusion for overseas Filipinos. Responsibilities include translating strategic goals into actionable plans, managing the product backlog, and analyzing key performance indicators.

Manage and prioritize product backlog, translate business strategies, break epics into user stories, arrange sprints, evaluate progress, and serve as a liaison between product and development.

The Product Assurance Manager ensures product quality and customer satisfaction by overseeing compliance, security, user experience, performance monitoring, quality training, cross-functional collaboration, risk management, reporting, analysis, and more. They analyze data and metrics to drive improvements and lead cross-functional teams towards continuous improvement.

Participate in incident restoration, analyze data to identify root causes, submit root cause analysis documentation, coordinate with teams for solutions, technical understanding, experience in IT Service Management, and software engineering.

Develop and implement security and fraud policies, align with standards, conduct assessments, manage compliance programs, oversee action plans, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive information security across the organization.
