Design, develop, test, and deploy electrical and electronic safety control systems for surface and subsea drilling equipment. Perform circuit and PCB design, use SPICE and MATLAB/Simulink for simulation, select components, manage obsolescence, troubleshoot controls, configure networks, support lab testing, document technical data, and mentor junior staff.

Design and develop control system software and HMI solutions for drilling equipment. Provide first-line technical and operational support and rapid-response troubleshooting for HMH drilling equipment globally. Respond to HSSE emergency calls, use remote diagnostic tools, troubleshoot onshore and offshore rigs, document cases, report incidents, improve support capabilities, communicate under pressure, and identify upsell opportunities.

Support financial planning and forecasting across the business: build and maintain models, perform variance analysis, prepare management reporting, track order intake/backlog, support budgeting and long-term planning, assist M&A integration and ERP activities, identify risks and opportunities, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate, timely financial deliverables.

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET (C#), Angular, and SQL Server. Build CI/CD pipelines and Azure deployments (Web Apps, Functions), integrate Azure Storage, optimize databases, troubleshoot issues, collaborate in Agile teams, ensure security and code quality, and adopt emerging technologies to meet business needs.

Lead the Saudi Joint Venture to deliver profitable growth and operational excellence. Own P&L, strategy, customer relationships, and cross-functional execution (commercial, manufacturing, aftermarket, supply chain, HSSE). Build local leadership, align Board and HMH stakeholders, capture growth opportunities, and represent the JV to customers and shareholders.
