The Investor Services Senior Administrator executes tasks in the Investor Services Department, reviews transaction instructions, liaises with investors, and prepares reports and wire transfers. Requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Manage the Private Equity team, overseeing capital call processing, performance reporting, client relationships, and team development while ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

Manage NAV calculation process and fund accounting teams (up to 10), ensure timely accurate NAVs, reconciliations, fee and P&L reviews, audit readiness, client transitions, process improvements, and cross‑department collaboration while resolving escalations and delivering client service for hedge fund administration.

Provide outsourced AML Officer services for fund clients, maintain AML risk frameworks, review AML/CFT policies and fund-level controls, perform annual AML reviews, sanctions screening escalation, CDD on service providers, client reporting, and liaise with clients and internal teams.

Execute daily and monthly FATCA and CRS administration for investor services: identify reportable accounts, validate tax withholding certificates and self-certifications, prepare regulatory and client reporting, maintain procedures and controls, support process improvements, participate in team meetings, and handle ad-hoc projects.
