Lead end-to-end, multi-country transitions and operating model transformations. Support FPCRA finance cycle by performing month/quarter/year close reviews, reconciliations, and controllership tasks; prepare forecasts, scenario analysis, and management reporting; produce performance analytics and insights for stakeholders; collaborate with controllers, accounting, COE and compliance; and drive process improvements, standardization and automation.

Lead and optimise global fixed assets and IFRS controllership processes, drive process improvement and standardisation, manage system integrations (Bison/SAP/Cadency), influence stakeholders across regions, support compliance and change management, and deliver end-to-end process transformation for the Close & Control Finance function.
