Provides transactional HR support through Workday in a shared services environment. Handles employee and manager inquiries, HR records, leave administration, data quality, payroll and benefits updates, standard reporting, and confidential employee information. Delivers customer service through email, web, and phone; advises on basic HR questions; coordinates with vendors; supports HR partners and continuous process improvement.

Lead innovation and new product launches, integrated marketing and digital campaigns, academic partnerships, sales performance management, and budget allocation. Collaborate with sales channels and institutions to achieve growth targets, strengthen brand awareness, educate consumers, and improve advertising and promotion ROI.

Owns end-to-end Record to Report and general ledger activities, including month-end close, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, accruals, inventory, statutory inputs, and internal controls. The role supports audits, resolves accounting issues, collaborates with stakeholders and outsourced providers, maintains compliance, analyzes entity results, and contributes to process improvements. This is a one-year fixed-term contract with potential conversion based on business needs and performance.

Develop and improve data science and machine learning models for marketing and consumer insights, including attribution, personalization, forecasting, experimentation, and marketing measurement. Prepare datasets, define evaluation metrics, support model deployment, and generate insights from media, pricing, promotions, and syndicated data. Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and machine learning engineers; contribute to responsible AI governance, code reviews, reusable AI assets, and mentorship of junior team members.

Monitors Haleon's digital environment within a 24/7 SecOps team, triages alerts, investigates complex incidents, analyzes logs and forensic data, and leads incident response through resolution. The role tunes security tools, develops detection rules, playbooks, and runbooks, maximizes automation, coordinates remediation, supports threat intelligence, leads major incident response, and delegates work to junior responders and MSSP analysts. It also conducts post-incident reviews and contributes to security awareness training.

Develop and manage machine learning and statistical models for marketing, commercial, and digital applications. Prepare datasets, evaluate model performance, support deployment, and oversee retraining and monitoring. Apply forecasting, causal inference, Bayesian methods, optimization, experimentation, and multivariate testing to generate business insights. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams, contribute to reusable AI foundations, review code, mentor junior data scientists, and promote responsible AI governance.

Designs and delivers secure Operational Technology architectures for ICS, SCADA, DCS, and IIoT environments. Leads OT cybersecurity solution design, technology evaluation, risk assessments, IT/OT convergence initiatives, and regulatory compliance. Focuses on Claroty and Cisco solutions, industrial network segmentation, resilience, threat mitigation, and secure implementation. Collaborates with business, IT, engineering, plant operations, and delivery teams while communicating architecture concepts to technical and executive audiences.

Leads Haleon’s global End User Services and Digital Workplace portfolio, including Microsoft 365, service desk, endpoint management, executive support, AV, asset lifecycle, suppliers, security, and employee technology experience. Defines strategy, operating models, investment roadmaps, and transformation initiatives while driving AI, automation, observability, self-healing, Zero Trust, resilience, cost optimization, and experience-led service improvement. Builds a globally distributed organization and partners with executives, engineering, cybersecurity, facilities, procurement, and strategic suppliers.
