The Technical Training & Competency Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs, mentoring initiatives, and competency measurement processes for a diverse technical personnel pool in the offshore industry. They work closely with the Personnel Resource Manager to ensure compliance with industry standards and career development goals.
