Lead technical and operational delivery for Nearshore Site Investigation across LATAM. Align regional execution with global NSI strategy, support bids and complex opportunities, ensure operational readiness (resources, logistics, mobilization), drive operational excellence, mentor regional talent, engage stakeholders and markets, and introduce innovations and partnerships to deliver safe, efficient, and profitable nearshore projects (LNG, FLNG, desalination, offshore wind, coastal infrastructure).

Lead regional strategy, technical deployment, and operations for remote sensing, mapping, monitoring and digital asset solutions across Latin America. Provide technical authority on airborne, mobile, terrestrial and digital twin solutions; drive operational excellence, market growth, proposal support, and capability development while mentoring teams and championing innovation.

Design, assess and optimise WAN and LAN reliability and performance for remote marine systems and remote operations. Convert high-level designs into practical (SD-WAN/LAN) solutions, provide guidance to deployment teams, develop infrastructure roadmaps, liaise with stakeholders, and support implementation with a focus on remotely supplied services and satellite communications.

Provide 2nd-line IT support for vessels and remote operations: troubleshoot desktop/server (Windows/Linux), monitor systems, perform patching/backups, coordinate hardware logistics, support cyber security incidents, liaise with OT teams and vendors, and produce support documentation and reports.

Design, build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and integrations on Microsoft Fabric and Databricks. Prepare and model data for AI/ML and analytics, ensure data quality, lineage, security and governance, develop connectors/APIs, support CI/CD deployments, monitor pipelines, and document handovers while collaborating with stakeholders and AI/ML engineers.

Design and govern secure, scalable AI architectures for APAC, defining standards, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, model selection (RAG/fine-tuning), data governance, and security controls while providing technical leadership for an AI-enabled Marine Ground Digital Twin Platform.

Build, deploy and support AI/ML and LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows. Rapidly prototype, convert to production-ready services, implement RAG and vector DB integrations, apply MLOps (versioning, monitoring, retraining), develop APIs/microservices for enterprise integration, and monitor/model performance. Collaborate with AI architects and data engineering, document solutions, and support enablement across APAC. 3-year fixed-term role based in Singapore (SG/PR only).

Drive commercial success for GroundIQ by developing go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, pricing, and launches. Gather market and competitive insights, create sales enablement and marketing campaigns, translate technical capabilities into clear messaging, and measure marketing performance to optimize demand and revenue.

Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI, automation and analytics use cases for a marine digital twin platform. Gather and document requirements, build low-code solutions (Power Platform), support prototypes, enable APAC adoption through training and documentation, and produce dashboards and reports to track impact.

Test and verify GNSS hardware and software end-to-end, maintain RF/receiver test rigs and record/playback setups, build an AI/LLM-driven automated test harness, manage dataset conversion and tooling, and provide 2nd/3rd-line support and documentation, including occasional field recordings and vessel visits.
