Leads Fugro’s Marine Asset Integrity business line across Asia Pacific, overseeing more than 400 professionals. Owns regional strategy, revenue and profit performance, client relationships, market growth, operational excellence, compliance, digital transformation, innovation, and people development. Partners with global and regional leadership across finance, HR, sales, marketing, project management, legal, and HSSE to expand the business and deliver asset integrity, inspection, monitoring, positioning, and construction support solutions.

Supervise the safe, efficient operation of a geotechnical laboratory and lead technicians delivering soil, rock, and aggregate testing. Establish rock-testing processes, oversee schedules, resources, quality, data integrity, and reporting, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders. Promote QHSE compliance, conduct risk assessments, resolve issues, and support occasional offshore or field investigations.

Conducts offshore and field-based geophysical surveys, including equipment preparation, testing, calibration, installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and mobilization. Plans data acquisition, develops survey procedures, performs online quality control, manages data logging, backup, and archival, and prepares technical reports. Coordinates with vessel or site crews, supports client objectives, and ensures compliance with quality, HSE, and safe-working requirements.

Project Engineer responsible for executing subsea and ROV project work scopes, coordinating design reviews, constructability, HAZID, offshore execution, subcontractors, manufacturers, and equipment testing. Duties include engineering analysis, documentation, installation aid and sea fastening design, mobilisation readiness, and compliance with safety and quality requirements. The role involves occasional site visits and offshore work from West Perth.

Monitor and support a 24/7 GNSS data network, including network control center operations, remote sites, data distribution, satellite uplinks, alarms, fault isolation, archiving, reporting, system changes, outages, documentation, and customer support. Work rotating shifts, maintain operational procedures, follow security and safety measures, and assist with improving network operations.

Supports financial controllers and business directors through project accounting, financial reporting, project control, budgeting, and performance analysis. Reviews project costs, invoicing, work in progress, profitability, cash flow, accruals, revenue recognition, and monthly close activities. Maintains project records, codes accounts payable invoices, reviews contracts, communicates financial information to stakeholders, and supports annual service-line budgeting. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills.

Defines and governs global on-premises and private-cloud hosting standards across servers, virtualization, middleware, storage, backup, and tooling. Establishes governance, security baselines, operating models, KPIs, audit readiness, and lifecycle plans. Partners with Architecture, Security, regional teams, and vendors to reduce risk, guide platform adoption, manage migrations, oversee contracts and licenses, and maintain compliant, supportable hosting environments.

Lead subsea and ROV project engineering activities from work-package execution through offshore delivery. Coordinate with project managers, lead engineers, clients, subcontractors, and equipment manufacturers. Evaluate and integrate engineering technologies, ensure HSE, quality, and commercial compliance, and supervise project and graduate engineers. Responsibilities include design reviews, constructability assessments, HAZID workshops, offshore execution, and overseeing Site Integration Tests and Factory Acceptance Tests.

Assist the finance team with AR/AP processing, maintain financial records, reconcile general ledger accounts, support month‑end and year‑end closings, perform accurate data entry, and provide administrative finance support.

Plans, executes, and monitors remote positioning, navigation, and hydrographic survey activities from a Remote Operations Centre. Oversees equipment setup, calibration, data acquisition, quality control, calculations, reporting, and client deliverables. Coordinates with offshore teams and project stakeholders, improves workflows and operating standards, resolves technical issues, and mentors junior surveyors. May lead small teams and deputize for the ROC manager.
