Gather and document requirements, build low-code solutions (Power Platform), support prototypes, enable APAC adoption through training and documentation, and produce dashboards and reports to track impact.

Lead business-side delivery of an AI-enabled Marine Ground Digital Twin and laboratory digital transformation across APAC. Coordinate requirements, stakeholders, vendors and rollouts for LIMS, RFID, LabPro, dashboards and AI-enabled analytics. Map and harmonize workflows, define data standards, produce functional specs and support adoption, governance and reporting to ensure lab operations are AI-ready.
