Seeking a Program Coordinator to join the Foundation for California Community Colleges in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges. Responsibilities include administrative activities for program initiatives, correspondence management, report preparation, event planning, and more. Must have exemplary interpersonal skills, ability to manage by influence, and work with various technology platforms.

The Senior Specialist will oversee and manage a strategic design process resulting in an Ecosystem Plan to Leverage California’s Expanded Learning Infrastructure. They will work with the CAN Director Team to ensure the success of this process by gathering data, designing, implementing, and continuously improving efforts for maximum impact.

The Program Accountant is responsible for routine financial transactions, month-end close functions, managing contracts and grants, financial reporting, and budget support within the Foundation for California Community Colleges.
