Develops new business and provides sophisticated personal property, casualty, and life insurance solutions to affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Conducts portfolio reviews, identifies coverage gaps and life insurance opportunities, designs programs, quotes and binds policies, coordinates underwriting, and delivers concierge-level service. Partners with private, commercial, and wealth bankers on client meetings and reviews while maintaining regulatory compliance and annual policy assessments.

Mentors junior analysts, leads training, improves underwriting processes and credit risk tools, and advises senior leadership on portfolio decisions.

Sell and advise retail bank customers on investment and insurance products. Retain and expand relationships, coach licensed bankers, manage compliant paperwork and reporting, schedule prospecting calls, and travel between branches for appointments and occasional overnight training.

Originate and manage middle-market commercial banking relationships (companies $30M+) in Southeast Michigan. Drive new business, coordinate product and credit teams, oversee credit quality and underwriting, develop strategic plans and revenue forecasts, cross-sell treasury/capital markets solutions, mentor junior staff, and ensure regulatory and compliance adherence.
