Provide therapeutic and diagnostic services to patients, collaborate with primary care teams, and manage mental health treatment plans in a clinic setting.

Supervise daily supply chain operations at the hospital site, manage hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance of staff, resolve complex operational issues, drive process improvements, track departmental goals and metrics, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate receiving, distribution, inventory management, shipping, and vendor/clinician communication.

Lead development and maintenance of healthcare cost accounting and decision support systems. Perform complex financial and longitudinal patient analyses, build analytical methodologies and reports, advise clinical and operational leaders, mentor team members, and manage projects to identify cost and utilization opportunities.

Lead community engagement and strategic partnerships to enhance public perception and drive organizational growth. Manage charitable giving, school partnerships, sponsorships, contracts, employee recognition, volunteer programs, and analyze program data to identify trends and opportunities.

Serve as the reporting expert for Epic and enterprise applications: gather stakeholder requirements, design and build analytics solutions, select appropriate BI tools, develop reports/dashboards, collaborate with application teams, and evaluate new technologies.
