Execute end-to-end Record to Report accounting, including month-end close, journal entries, general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany transactions, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, audit support, and compliance. Analyze variances, resolve discrepancies, maintain accounting documentation, and identify process improvement, automation, and standardization opportunities. Collaborate with global stakeholders during transitions, migrations, and system enhancements.

Lead BU financial close and reporting, ensure accounting controls and Local GAAP/statutory compliance, manage audits and tax engagements, provide technical accounting oversight, partner with business leaders on performance, budgeting and working capital, and drive finance transformation and process improvements.

Support delivery of small-to-medium social impact and resettlement projects: conduct socio-economic surveys, social screening and impact assessments, prepare Resettlement Action Plans and Indigenous Peoples plans, monitor implementation, support stakeholder engagement and social due diligence per international standards, and coordinate subcontractors.
