Develop and implement Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS) and ESMPs aligned with IFC PS and other international standards. Deliver audit-ready management manuals, action plans, and policies; advise regional teams and clients; continuously update systems to meet lender and regulatory requirements; collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Leads global Order-to-Cash service management and automation across Project Accounting, Billing, and Accounts Receivable. Collaborate with global stakeholders during transitions, migrations, and system enhancements.

Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report activities including month-, quarter-, and year-end closes, journal entries, GL maintenance, reconciliations, intercompany settlements, fixed-asset accounting, reporting, audits, and process improvement. Manage a team, ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, support system migrations/automation, and deliver timely, accurate financial results.

Lead full-cycle recruitment across the Gulf/Atlantic Central region, supervise and mentor recruiters, advise senior leaders, develop sourcing strategies, and use AI tools, Workday, analytics, dashboards, and market intelligence to improve hiring decisions and operational efficiency. Build talent pipelines, manage sourcing partners, support workforce planning, promote inclusive recruiting, and communicate recruitment performance and recommendations to executives and stakeholders.

Provide process/technical safety consulting: lead/facilitate HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, Bowtie studies; perform dispersion analyses and QRA using DNV Phast/Safeti; conduct RAM with TARO/MAROS; prepare safety design documentation and engineering consulting for oil & gas, chemical, hydrogen, ammonia and CCS projects.

Support development and calibration of numerical groundwater flow and contaminant transport models, analyze field data, prepare technical annexes and reports, assist site characterization and remediation projects, mentor junior staff, and liaise with project team members.

Serve as a strategic HR partner for ~300 consultants across multiple U.S. offices. Advise leaders on talent strategy, performance management, employee relations, change initiatives, workforce planning, and DEI. Lead HR projects, ensure compliance with employment laws, partner with HR functions (Compensation, TA, L&D), coach leaders, and drive engagement and retention efforts across the region.

Lead BU financial close and reporting, ensure accounting controls and Local GAAP/statutory compliance, manage audits and tax engagements, provide technical accounting oversight, partner with business leaders on performance, budgeting and working capital, and drive finance transformation and process improvements.

Support delivery of small-to-medium social impact and resettlement projects: conduct socio-economic surveys, social screening and impact assessments, prepare Resettlement Action Plans and Indigenous Peoples plans, monitor implementation, support stakeholder engagement and social due diligence per international standards, and coordinate subcontractors. Work with senior leaders and may require domestic or international travel.
