Provides functional and technical support for the university’s Student Information System and departmental software. Responsibilities include testing system patches and upgrades, implementing and managing software solutions, generating reports and queries, analyzing data, troubleshooting errors, improving business processes, maintaining production deadlines, and supporting campus-wide student-record reporting and advising needs.

Supports the Office of Global Engagement’s financial and administrative operations across university campuses. Responsibilities include preparing and monitoring program budgets, reconciling travel expenses and procurement cards, processing payments, supporting students with financial transactions and aid, coordinating travel and program activities, tracking performance data, maintaining records, and assisting with communications and reporting.

Creates and optimizes personalized email and SMS communications for prospective student segments. Builds dynamic content using AMPscript, HTML, and conditional logic; analyzes audience performance metrics; identifies underperforming segments; and improves campaign ROI. Develops segmentation practices, collaborates with CRM analysts and university stakeholders, supports Salesforce Education Cloud implementation, and maintains dynamic content version catalogs.

Coordinates flight training and academic record data between university offices and flight departments. Maintains regulatory compliance, communicates student status information, supports audits, resolves record discrepancies, and improves procedures for flight and academic records. Requires knowledge of FAA, TSA, DOE, and VA regulations, higher education processes, student information systems, and flight scheduling software.

Develops marketing communication strategies for prospective students, collaborates with digital, social media, and creative teams, and creates content including email copy, blog posts, newsletters, and articles. Sources student, faculty, and alumni stories, manages communication resources and content databases, maintains degree-specific playbooks, and ensures materials align with recruitment goals and university policies.

Processes, verifies, codes, and reconciles invoices, payment requests, expense reports, and supplier accounts. Ensures compliance with university policies, IRS regulations, and 1099 reporting requirements. Maintains supplier records, investigates invoice and purchase order issues, generates payment files and remittance information, monitors account balances, prepares monthly financial reports, and supports fiscal year-end closing and university accounting operations.

Provides comprehensive academic advising and student support for undergraduate students from enrollment through graduation. Responsibilities include course selection, degree planning, registration assistance, degree-audit interpretation, transfer-credit guidance, academic-probation support, at-risk student outreach, progress monitoring, referrals, record maintenance, and collaboration with faculty and campus departments. The advisor also supports orientation, workshops, campus events, committees, and retention initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with university policies and accreditation requirements.

Administers flight scheduling and training management systems, maintains permissions and configurations, analyzes operational data, and develops reports and dashboards. Supports scheduling operations, system integrity, documentation, user training, specialized projects, and data-driven decision-making. Works with flight department leaders, instructors, scheduling staff, students, and other university personnel while managing multiple priorities and ensuring accurate, confidential information.

Creates and oversees prospective student communications across email, print, digital, and social channels. Develops email copy, blog posts, newsletters, articles, and other marketing content; identifies student, faculty, and alumni stories; manages communication strategies, content databases, degree-specific playbooks, and communication flows. Collaborates with enrollment marketing, digital, social media, creative services, and internal stakeholders to support enrollment initiatives.

Develop and deliver strategic communications to advance the university brand. Create, edit, and publish content across channels, support media relations, manage internal communications, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex information into clear, audience-focused messaging.
