The role balances customer service, inventory investment, production capacity, supply continuity, cash flow, and profitability. It also directs planning and purchasing teams, drives process improvement, develops talent, and supports product launches and lifecycle transitions.

Leads strategic procurement categories by developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating agreements, analyzing spend and market conditions, and driving cost, quality, delivery, risk, and sustainability improvements across global manufacturing operations. Coordinates cross-functional sourcing initiatives, supplier qualification, RFP/RFQ processes, KPI reporting, and cost-saving projects across multiple locations.

Supports daily benefits and compensation processes, audits, employee inquiries, vendor management, wellness programs, communications, and HR database reporting. Responsibilities include administering health, welfare, leave, retirement, bonus, merit, equity, and employee stock purchase programs while maintaining accurate records and providing clear information to employees and managers.

Coordinates inbound and outbound logistics for two Texas facilities, including inventory transfers, returns, purchase order deliveries, shipping documentation, freight coordination, ERP recordkeeping, discrepancy resolution, and inventory accuracy initiatives. Partners with customer service, warehouse, operations, supply chain teams, carriers, suppliers, and customers to support timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Provides technical engineering support for Siteworks products through product sizing, specification, customization, drawing and construction plan review, troubleshooting, and field issue resolution. Collaborates with Engineering, Sales, Customer Care, Drafting, manufacturing, quality, and vendors. Reviews designs and tolerance stack-ups, documents engineering decisions, supports design transfers, and contributes to continuous improvement and product enhancements. Travel may reach 20%.

Ensures international customs and export trade compliance across U.S., Canadian, and EMEA operations. Responsibilities include export documentation, denied-party screening, sanctions and anti-boycott compliance, ECCN classification, customs declarations, audits, internal controls, regulatory monitoring, policy development, training, vendor coordination, and cross-functional support with logistics, engineering, distribution centers, and government agencies.

Owns upstream product-to-market strategy for the Wilkins product category, including brand positioning, growth planning, commercialization, competitive analysis, new product launches, customer personas, messaging, and marketing campaigns. Collaborates cross-functionally with product management, sales, engineering, operations, creative, media, and channel marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, optimize performance, and support product training and funnel conversion.
