Serve and prospect members/clients, sell securities products (discretionary management, mutual funds, ETFs, structured products), analyze client needs, develop personalized solutions, prepare reports, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain business relationships while meeting unit objectives.

Lead and advise on strategic projects and organizational transformation: develop and monitor business plans, set targets, design policies and programs, analyze issues, represent the unit with stakeholders and external partners, and coach decision-making bodies to improve service delivery and execution of complex initiatives.

Manage and grow strategic commercial client relationships by prospecting, selling financial products and services, developing tailored solutions, negotiating agreements, ensuring portfolio profitability and risk management, and supporting business development and community outreach.
