Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a Vice President of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity to drive ID&E strategies on workforce, culture, and health equity. The VP will advise senior leaders, address inequities, and promote opportunities within the health care system. Responsibilities include ensuring strategic alignment, evolving goals, and tracking progress towards objectives. Qualifications require leadership experience, expertise in ID&E, health equity knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Perform medical assistant and clerical duties at a pediatric clinic, promote a safe environment for children and families, and assist with administering immunizations and injections.

Perform medical assistant duties and clerical tasks to support clinic operations at Children's Wisconsin. High school diploma or GED required, with preference for medical assistant program graduates. Experience in pediatric ambulatory settings and immunizations administration preferred.

Maintains and provides oversight for the organizational systems associated with activities related to the referral process, evaluation, consultation, and treatment of patients requiring enteral feeding support. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Masters degree preferred, and at least five years of nursing experience with pediatric experience.

Provide high level administrative support to the Director and nurse scientists, manage calendars, complete special projects, coordinate meetings, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, prepare reports and presentations, and perform office administrative tasks

This position performs the functions of a Medical Assistant on a routine basis and also performs functions of a clerical nature per the needs of the clinic site. The role involves promoting a safe and organized environment for delivering services to children and their families within the clinic setting.
