Perform the functions of a Medical Assistant and clerical duties in a pediatric clinic setting. Ensure a safe and organized environment for children and families receiving services.

Under the direction of healthcare providers, the Medical Assistant student collects data, performs treatments, and assists with procedures at Children's Wisconsin. Must be a current student of a Medical Assistant program with CPR certification.

Manage assigned contract portfolio, conduct strategic negotiations, oversee sourcing of products/services, monitor contract compliance, maintain vendor relationships, demonstrate guiding behaviors aligned with organization's values, possess advanced skills in planning and negotiation, excellent interpersonal communication skills, in-depth knowledge of purchasing and business management principles, intermediate computer skills, familiarity with contract workflow and terminology, preferred healthcare and portfolio management experience.

Schedules appointments for outpatient services, coordinates clinic visits, and processes registrations in a healthcare setting. Provides customer service and educates patients on financial obligations.

Perform medical assistant and clerical duties in a pediatric clinic setting, ensuring a safe and organized environment for children and families. High school education required, with preference for medical assistant program graduates. Experience in pediatric ambulatory care and immunizations preferred.

Maintains data flow and integrity of MMIS system for consistent, accurate, and efficient supply chain data use. Develops data management plans, analyzes and audits data, identifies errors, provides end user training, and ensures data quality compliance.

Performs neurodiagnostic procedures to diagnose neurological disorders. Requires completion of an END program or a related degree with experience. Must have CPR certification and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours and handle equipment.
