Provides one-on-one and small-group tutoring in reading, writing, grammar, and English-related coursework. Supports learners with course requirements and digital resources, adapts instruction to different learning styles, communicates student progress and concerns, maintains educational records, generates tutoring reports, and assists instructors and fellow tutors. The role also attends training, reports technology issues, and promotes a respectful and inclusive learning environment.

Provides developmental reading and writing tutoring to students, faculty, and staff through individual and small-group sessions. The Learning Support Specialist II provides personalized tutoring and support to students, maintains session records, and assists in program operations and development.

Provide in-person one-on-one and small-group Spanish tutoring for introductory courses; document sessions and generate reports using tutoring software; assist with training peer tutors, outreach, and daily tutoring center operations; participate in professional development and maintain subject-matter and instructional expertise.

Coordinates donor stewardship and alumni engagement initiatives, including communications, outreach, acknowledgements, recognition, fund reporting, events, CRM tracking, and impact reporting. Collaborates with communications, events, data, and advancement staff to deliver consistent, personalized donor and alumni experiences. Supports timelines, materials, process documentation, workflow improvements, and administrative execution while aligning activities with fundraising and relationship-building priorities.
