Support content marketing infrastructure and execution: manage Workfront workflows and intake, maintain templates and messaging frameworks, run trackers/dashboards, govern Templafy marketing materials, perform research, draft/edit and quality-control content, recommend process improvements, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, consistent delivery of firm and practice content initiatives.

Support development, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of IntApp-based workflows and related systems. Execute QA/regression tests, document results, troubleshoot configuration issues, maintain operational docs, enable other departments to use BIC platform components, and participate in upgrades and process improvements.

Lead market-aligned event, sponsorship, and client hospitality programs across assigned regions. Partner with MCD and market leaders to plan, execute, track performance, manage vendors and budgets, supervise in-market teams, and convert event engagement into business pipeline.

Lead market-facing business development efforts with Marketing and firm leaders to build relationships, identify and qualify opportunities, drive pipeline conversion, coordinate internal follow-up, surface cross-selling whitespace, and maintain disciplined outreach and documentation to support firm growth.

Lead firmwide client development strategy and execution, align BD and marketing priorities, manage high-priority accounts, build scalable BD infrastructure, oversee performance and client feedback programs, and lead and develop the client development team to drive sustainable growth.
