As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will develop microgrid and power distribution technologies, leading architecture development and coordinating with teams on technology requirements.

Lead client-facing design programs from concept through engineering completion and handoff. Define requirements, drive design solutions, coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, manufacturing, procurement, construction), manage schedules, budgets, risks, and ensure constructability, compliance, and smooth transition to execution.

Manage large, complex Excellerate product orders from quoting through production, ensuring profitability, schedule adherence, quality and customer satisfaction. Oversee and develop project management staff, coordinate with supply chain and vendors, visit job sites, and present order/manufacturing metrics. Use AutoCAD/Revit and NEC standards to ensure code-compliant installations, provide project guidance, compile reports, and train junior engineers with minimal oversight for complex projects.

Produces permit and manufacturing drawings, performs calculations, applies NEC requirements, plans E-house/skid layouts, conducts field surveys, reviews submittals, coordinates with manufacturing and clients, mentors Level 1 engineers, inspects installations, and uses AutoCAD/Revit and office software.

Administer, maintain, and optimize the Prophix financial planning system: manage user access, data integrations, configurations, reports, dashboards, and financial models. Collaborate with Finance and IT to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, lead upgrades/testing, provide end-user training/support, ensure data accuracy, document processes, and recommend continuous improvements.

Design and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, ensure quality and safety, implement Lean methods, analyze data, create layouts and documentation, support inventory/procurement, and collaborate across departments to resolve production issues.
