The Privacy Associate III at Horizon BCBSNJ is responsible for identifying, developing, and operationalizing technical and administrative solutions to ensure data privacy initiatives are met. They will lead engagements with business teams, advise on privacy risks, develop and implement privacy and information governance policies, conduct gap assessments, monitor compliance, and deliver training programs. Additionally, they will lead incident response activities, ensure compliance with privacy laws, and collaborate with legal departments on privacy matters.

The Assistant General Counsel provides legal advice in specialized areas for a healthcare company, liaises with internal teams and outside counsel, handles legal inquiries, and supports business units with compliance and regulatory matters.

The Privacy Associate is responsible for ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, conducting investigations, developing policies, and providing training on privacy compliance. They will also handle privacy incidents, breach analysis, and interact with regulatory agencies as needed.
