Track metrics, coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, legal, finance, contracts), and travel to College Board offices 3-4 times per year.

Lead QA automation design and implementation for AI-enabled scoring and orchestration services. Build automated validation strategies (including agentic AI), create mocks, enforce security and engineering standards, drive CI/CD/DevOps testing, participate in Agile ceremonies and peer reviews, troubleshoot production, and collaborate with architects, product, and psychometrics to ensure reliable, high-quality systems for large-scale assessment programs.

Lead product management for Identity Management foundations of a large-scale digital assessment platform. Define technical roadmap, drive iterative delivery of identity, authentication, and account services, run pilots and experiments, align cross-functional teams, and communicate measurable impact to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable assessment delivery.
