The Impact Manager is responsible for driving the successful implementation of the Whole School Whole Child service model by building strong school partnerships and developing a team of leaders in a 2:1 service model. They guide AmeriCorps members through learning, reflection, and service to build civic capacity and identity. Responsibilities include overseeing service delivery, guiding ACMs in performance and leadership development, and building relationships with key stakeholders for enhanced service performance.

Reporting to the Executive Director of City Year Buffalo, the Senior Manager for People and Operations oversees the activities of the Executive Office, administrative operations of the site, and advances City Year Buffalo's agenda. The selected candidate will assist the Executive Director with strategic priorities, prioritize and monitor tasks related to the execution and implementation of a broad agenda, and serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Director. This role also involves managing site strategy, special initiatives, advisory board activities, budget development, financial monitoring, and building an effective support structure for site staff and AmeriCorps members.

The Impact Manager at City Year Greater Boston is responsible for overseeing AmeriCorps members, managing program implementation, corps member program delivery, and service partner management. They lead the execution of City Year's service model in partner schools, establish objectives aligned with goals, supervise ACMs, and support their individual journeys. Additionally, they build strong relationships with school personnel and serve as the primary City Year liaison in schools.
