Lead equity derivatives sales to insurance clients focusing on fixed-strike and light-exotic options. Bring existing client relationships, collaborate with trading, risk, and origination teams, execute commercial strategy, track market trends, and drive distribution across U.S. investor clients while managing profitability and risk.

Build and grow a client portfolio through relationship management, financial advice, and exceptional service. Provide needs-based solutions across banking, investments, lending and estate planning. Develop local sales plans, generate referrals through networking and community engagement, and act as a single point of contact to help clients meet financial goals. Work on-site full-time and support banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

In this role, you will lead infrastructure architecture and engineering projects, focusing on hybrid cloud and VMware technologies while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring compliance with IT governance.
