HR intern supporting performance management, HR analytics, HRIS implementation, engagement surveys, employee engagement, total rewards, talent acquisition, and related HR initiatives. The role offers mentoring, leadership exposure, project management experience, and opportunities to develop analytical, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Provide plant administrative support including scheduling, procurement, customer service, shipping, JD Edwards data entry, inventory and accounting tasks, payroll processing, HR functions (new hire orientation, leave requests, recruitment support), and maintaining quality/customer feedback records while ensuring safety compliance and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Serve as the on-site HR business partner for the plant, implementing HR strategies and policies. Support recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations and investigations, performance and salary administration, payroll/timekeeping oversight, training, retention and succession planning, and guide leaders on coaching and compliance.
