Partner with plant and operations leadership, support audits, lead process improvements, evaluate capital projects, and develop one direct report to drive regional financial performance.

Design and implement discrete event simulation models to support manufacturing transformation, optimize facility layouts and material flow, validate automation investments, collect and analyze production data, and deliver IE-driven recommendations across cross-functional teams to improve throughput, capacity, and operational performance.
