Own and deliver portfolio and credit risk analytics and reporting, including delinquency, vintage, concentration, provisioning, macro-to-portfolio analysis, segmentation and stress tests; partner with Risk, Credit, Data Science, Finance and Engineering to align metrics and present actionable insights to leadership.

Support VP Operations & CX to set up and execute end-to-end lending and crowdfunding operations. Responsibilities include developing SOPs, KYC, contract generation, repayments, investor communications, reconciliations, process improvement, onboarding SMEs and investors, and coordinating with product, data, and internal stakeholders.

The Executive, Compliance Operations will support daily compliance tasks, conduct reviews, investigate transactions, and collaborate across teams to improve operations.

Acquire SME clients for payments products through cold-calling, email and LinkedIn outreach, product demos, and pipeline management. Qualify leads, re-engage lost clients, report activity, analyze prospect behavior, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure risk and compliance adherence.

Manage banking and payment disbursals, perform high-volume bank reconciliations, support KYC and legal document processes, produce reports and dashboards, monitor operations metrics, and drive process improvement, automation, and scalability.
