As a Relationship Manager, you will develop business by building relationships with SMEs, generating leads for SME lending, and meeting their financing needs.

The Relationship Manager will generate and qualify leads for SME financing, expand relationships with existing clients, and create tailored solutions for customers while negotiating terms and conditions of financing.

Assess SME borrowers by verifying financial documents, performing credit analysis, preparing reports for the credit committee, identifying and mitigating risks, tracking loan covenants, and ensuring compliance with company credit policy.

The role involves cleaning and organizing HR datasets, maintaining reports and dashboards, and supporting automation of reporting processes. It provides hands-on experience with analytics and data-driven decision making.

Assist with HR operations, employee onboarding, compliance, engagement activities, administrative tasks, and contribute to HR policy development as an intern.

Support lending operations by monitoring credit limits and exposure, processing drawdowns, maintaining credit files, ensuring compliance, preparing credit reports, and assisting with data analysis and automation using SQL, Python, Activepieces, and generative AI tools.

Provide omni-channel customer support for investment products, onboard customers, process applications and KYC, perform CX operational tasks, prepare reports, own customer success metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist with customer orders and account issues, manage sales tools, prepare finance documents, and support sales strategies.

Support regional HR operations including employee record updates, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, employee engagement events, basic employee queries, HR communications, policy support, and office/workplace services.

Support customer engagement across omni-channel support, assist onboarding and KYC checks, perform operational and administrative CX tasks, compile feedback and track customer success metrics, and demonstrate alignment with company values.
