Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and supporting offers. Drives new business acquisition and revenue growth for data mastering solutions across the Benelux region. Lead presales engagement for FE fundinfo’s Data Mastering and Nexus platform, including tailored demonstrations, presentations, workshops, RFP/RFI responses, and discovery sessions. Partner with commercial, product, customer success, solution architecture, and delivery teams to support new business and upsell opportunities. Gather market intelligence, develop scalable sales materials, contribute to webinars and industry forums, and act as a thought leader in asset management data management.

Coordinate daily Sydney office operations, including supplies, building requests, visitors, calls, meeting rooms, and mail. Provide administrative and project support to Marketing, People and Culture, Legal and Compliance, Research, and Sales teams. Manage CRM processes such as trial setups, onboarding, license extensions, and record updates. Prepare communications, presentations, proposals, and documents while collaborating with the administration team to deliver efficient business support.

Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across the Nordic region for data mastering solutions. The role manages complex enterprise sales cycles, develops business cases, expands existing accounts through cross-selling, and builds relationships with asset managers, fund administrators, and other investment-management stakeholders. Responsibilities also include pipeline development, negotiations, forecasting, territory planning, industry representation, and collaboration with account management, marketing, product, and delivery teams.

Manage end-to-end monthly India payroll operations, validate inputs, ensure statutory compliance, review analytical reports, prepare journals and reconciliations, coordinate settlements and salary disbursements, support audits, and improve payroll processes through automation and governance.

Oversee project test phases and support the Project Quality team in delivering high-quality integration and system testing. Prepare test plans, scenarios, cases, scripts, and data; review test artefacts; analyze results; produce test reports; manage defects; collaborate with developers and project teams; and improve testing processes and team performance.

Gather and document client business requirements, translate them into practical solutions using FE fundinfo products, configure platform modules, advise stakeholders, and support ongoing service updates and continuous improvement. Collaborate with project managers, data relationship managers, product teams, and clients throughout project lifecycles.
