As Director, you will lead Boldr's Global Employment business, overseeing Employer of Record services, fostering client relationships, and driving team performance while managing the P&L.

As Director of Global Employment, you lead the GE business, managing service offerings, client relationships, team development, and P&L accountability while ensuring operational efficiency and strategic growth.

Provide advanced post-sale technical and implementation support: execute customer implementations, troubleshoot complex data flows and SQL, resolve escalations, build knowledge bases, collaborate with PMs and product teams, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Provide empathetic technical support by triaging and resolving customer inquiries, logging and following up on tickets, troubleshooting product issues, monitoring dashboards, escalating appropriately, and recommending process improvements to maximize customer satisfaction.
