Build and operate customer-facing AI agents and shared platform capabilities, including conversation flows, knowledge retrieval, tool calling, human handoff, messaging integrations, RAG, guardrails, evaluation, and observability. Own partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and co-selling across Southeast Asia. Build partner pipelines, hit quarterly net-new revenue quotas, run joint business plans and co-marketing, manage partner-sourced pipeline and churn, and keep CRM data and forecasts accurate while collaborating cross-functionally.

Own customer success for Portugal and Spain: establish CS playbooks, manage high-touch and scaled portfolios, drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, surface product feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow Net New MRR and reduce churn.

Build and maintain responsive React + TypeScript user interfaces, translate designs into interactive components, implement features, fix bugs, and write clean modular code (styled-components/modern CSS) while collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers.

Manage a large SMB portfolio across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia to drive activation, product adoption, expansion, and renewals through scalable processes. Build segmentation and automation to improve first-30-day activation and reduce churn, create educational materials and host group trainings, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Support, Product, and Marketing to resolve issues and translate feedback into product improvements.

The role involves engaging high-intent leads, supporting the sales team, conducting product demos, and managing customer inquiries effectively, while maintaining CRM tracking.
