Manage and grow strategic Media & Entertainment accounts in ANZ. Build long-term relationships, develop account plans, drive recurring revenue, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, partner with Customer Success and Marketing, forecast pipeline, and close complex deals to meet growth targets.

Support financial controlling, local regulatory compliance, IFRS reporting, tax filings (VAT, income, withholding, payroll), intercompany reconciliations, and payroll processing for assigned entities. Provide global second-line support for Vizrt graphics customers: troubleshoot inbound cases via phone/chat/email/portal, escalate when needed, mentor Level I engineers, visit customer sites, manage KPIs, contribute to QBRs, run knowledge-sharing and cover manager duties during absences.
